NEWS FOR 2008
Due to the success of the 'FREE' admission
and increasing our customer gate counts, we are continuing
with our free admission campaign through 2008 for the Phoenix
shows. As promised, we did not and will not take a space rental
increase since 2005
Because of increasing merchant and labor costs with processing
the dealer sales charges, the service fee for use of the credit
card machine and processing services has increased to 6% as of
January 1st, 2006. Your check will be written for 94% of your
charges. We no longer accept American Express transactions.
In an effort to 'control' increasing overall labor costs we have
incurred from 2005 through current from the Arizona State Fair
& Exposition, there will be am increase in costs of equipment
rentals that are ordered the week prior through set up days of
a show. (For example, tables are contracted at $12.00 each. During
the week prior through set up days of a show, any additional tables
ordered will have a cost of $15.00 each.) It has just become to
labor intense for the amount of changes we are incurring with
system and paper work changes to floor map, marking the building
changes and labor costs setting the equipment.

It would be very beneficial to all parties involved to think
about the set up or layout of your booth and merchandise a couple
weeks before a show. Call us or email a good 10 days before the
show for your additional needs and we can fill your requests with
NORMAL rental rates. We will always have a WONDERFUL smile no
matter what! :)
