& Cancellation Policies

Because
of the growth and demand, (especially for the AG I Building),
we will be enforcing the Saturday 5:00 PM deadline RSVP policy
without exception. (In order to guarantee your same spaces,
you MUST have guaranteed them by deposit no later than 5:00
PM Saturday at the close of show.) As dealers ourselves, we
truly feel this is the only way to stay fair, respected and
still do whats best to insure the growth of our shows.
We understand in the past
allowances may have been made
for some and RSVPs accepted whenever they arrived. We are currently
receiving contracts one to four shows in advance and the only
possible way for us to insure you keep your space, yet we maintain
our responsibility to fill a show as the Promoter and maintain
a healthy budget for advertising is to book your space by 5:00
PM on Saturday. We need Sunday to book additional spaces from
Dealers walking or telephoning in, as well as rebooking options
from current Dealers. Once again
we truly feel this is
the FAIR way to handle this and only hope you respect us for
following this to the letter.
All spaces not booked will become available at
5:01 PM Saturday evening and we will stay after hours for anyone
waiting in line.
Arizona Antique Shows reserves the right to assign
or amend space or booth numbers with our without Exhibitor consent
as deemed necessary for schematic changes and/or improvements,
and to the overall performance of a show.
OUR NEW CANCELLATION
POLICIES
Effective immediately: We will allow 'ONE' cancellation
of show per calendar without losing your booth location. We
are not able to hold your booth over if you find the need to
be absent from more than one of our shows in a calendar year.
Should you wish to keep your particular space,
we recommend you find a Dealer that would rent it for the month
that you will be away and then agree to allow you that particular
space/s back, upon your return. If you and another Dealer approach
the reservation booth with arrangements ready, we will be more
than happy to make the allowance. The booth will be rented in
the actual Dealers name, as we do not sublet in the system.
Cancellation by Exhibitor within 45 days of show
will incur 50.00 handling charge.
Cancellation by Exhibitor within 45 to 30 days
= forfeit of deposit.
Cancellation by Exhibitor within Less than 30
days before show will require Exhibitor to pay the full contract
amount.
A $50 administration fee will be applied to all
cancellations, regardless of reason for cancellation.
