THANK-YOU' for
supporting our shows. Last year was a great success with
our gate breaking 1600 and building sold out, with 'most'
dealers having good or better shows. We are praying for
even better this year as we are in conjunction with the
Coconino County Horse Races. We have beefed up our advertising
methods and ad campaigns, adding more dollars.

RSVP with a deposit by Saturday 07/05 5:00 PM.
Hours: Set up
for the '3' day show: ** Thursday Noon to 7 PM. **
Show Hours: Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM,
Sunday, 10 AM to 4 PM.
Dealer Parking and RVs
**There is 'NO' parking in the gravel parking area east
of the Ramada. The Fairground Staff have told me, we are
not aloud to do this. You will be asked to remove your vehicles.
**If you have a RV and would rather stay behind the building
instead of the campground, you may stay behind the Commercial
Building with a fee of $13 with electric. Please settle
up with the office upon your load in Thursday before 4:00
PM. or Fort Tuthill Campground next door to the show. Reservations:
(928) 774-3464. Pets (Y), Electric (N), Water (Y, not in
site), Sewer (Y).
Load in/out
We will have porters available for assistance. Tips are
most graciously accepted.
Balance Dues - Credit Cards / Tax
info:
Balance due for booth rent or equipment on your account,
please settle up by close of business on Saturday. We will
be accepting Visa/MC, Discover and Check Debit Customer
purchases. (We no longer accept AMEX.) (Hopefully this will
assist in sales volume for you.) Send your Customer with
the receipt that has the name of your business and how you
want your check to be made out. We will process the card
and they will return to get their purchase from you with
their copy. At the end of the show, you will receive a check
for 94% of the total charge. We will retain 6% for the merchant/processing
fee. Since the Fairgrounds are in the county and 'not' part
of the city zoning, the amount of tax to collect from your
customer has increased to 6.725%.
Packing

START PACKING YOUR WARES OR TEAR DOWN YOUR BOOTHS PRIOR
TO 4:00 PM ON SUNDAY.
